Ric Brown
Vice President
Ric Brown has more than 20 years experience in executive leadership roles and serves as PIONEER Construction’s Vice President. Prior to PIONEER, Ric served at Sr. Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Quantum Ammunition and spent over 18 years with Bass Pro Shops and Sears Holding Co. Ric is a graduate of West Liberty University.
As Vice President, Ric’s responsibilities include strategic planning, oversite of staffing and HR functions, project management and administration of construction projects within PIONEER. Ric is instrumental in assisting clients during the design, development and preconstruction phases. Ric’s strong expertise in retail, commercial, mixed-use, and hospitality brings added depth to the PIONEER team.
