In January of 2015, Pioneer Construction completed the construction of the 11,000 SF Bradley Pointe Fire Station. Savannah Fire & Emergency Services’ newest station serves the southwestern portion of the city and is the prototype design for future projects. The station was designed according to FEMA standards for emergency facilities and has improved common and sleeping areas for firefighters who work long shifts. Although the facility was completed within budget and on schedule, the City of Savannah was most proud that the project was completed with only one change order.
