Tim Thureson co-founded Pioneer Construction and holds the position of Executive Vice President and Project Manager.  He has over 17 years experience in integrated construction project management.  Prior to Pioneer Construction he was a project manager and estimator for a Savannah general contractor.

As Executive Vice President and Project Manager, Mr. Thureson’s responsibilities include analyzing, bidding and negotiating contracts, preparing project estimates, developing efficiency plans for various aspects of construction and managing and supervising field superintendents and subcontractors.  In addition, he coordinates projects with owners and architects and prepares and performs all project accounting and documentation.

Recent projects that he’s been involved with include the $1.6 million St. Anne’s Parish Life Center in Richmond Hill, Ga., the $3.4 million South University Campus Development and the $4.5 million Hospice of Savannah renovation and addition.

Linda Jaeger is the President and Operations Manager of Pioneer Construction, Inc.  She brings to her position more than 28 years of accounting and operations management experience and is intimately familiar with construction project management and public relations.

Ms. Jaeger co-founded Pioneer Construction in 1995.  Prior to Pioneer she was vice president and operations manager for another Savannah construction company.  In her role as president, Linda controls all of Pioneer’s financial operations and directs company policy and philosophy.  She also coordinates construction projects with owners and architects and oversees the utilization of all company resources.

Some of the recent projects she has managed include the $1.8 million Golf Villas at Southbridge, the $950,000 BB&T Savannah Mall branch and the $250,000 LivFit Personal Training Studio.
