Pioneer Launches Online PlanroomPioneer Construction recently launched a new tool designed to assist sub-contractors and suppliers in preparing and submitting pricing for projects that the company is currently pursuing.The online Planroom will serve as the central location that houses the plans, specifications and bid documents for projects that are in the bid phase. Invited bidders will be given a unique username and password that will allow them access to the documents. "There are many reasons for supplying plans and specs online to our sub-contractor and supplier base - not the least of which is that this is a more cost effective means of securing business for the small business owners that we work with on a daily basis. By providing these documents at no charge to our sub base, we are in essence saving them money and providing for the best possible pricing for our clients," said Linda Jaeger, President of Pioneer Construction.
